The Proffitt Family is Moving Overseas!

Joey has served as the Executive Director of First Priority Global since 2024. Our vision is to reach the next generation with the hope of Jesus Christ in every nation. We do this by equipping the Church and young people with strategies for teen-led, peer-to-peer evangelism and discipleship.

Since 2024, Joey traveled to train leaders and teens and launch ministry on every continent (except Antarctica). The Lord has given FPG incredible favor, and church leaders have extended invitations in over 100 nations.

The Lord has made a way FPG and Joey to say YES! But for the Proffitts, this means a family yes. For the next 2 years they with be moving to Albania as a hub to respond this call.

What will they be doing?

The vision of First Priority Global has exploded, PRAISE GOD!, in the past 3 years. Teens and kids are being reached with the Gospel in over 45 nations through their peers through FPG’s strategies. We have invitations and teams ready to be trained and launched in many more nations through our 3 core young people led strategies.

The FISH Cycle

The FISH Cycle has been the flagship strategy for First Priority Global. It is a teen-led youth ministry strategy that works in schools and local churches.

It equips teens to take ownership of their faith and leadership in their ministry to their peers. Teens are leading small groups, sharing their testimonies, doing service projects, and most importantly sharing the Gospel of Jesus.

Jesus Said Kids Strategy

Our strategy for kids is called “Jesus Said.” The strategy is simple. Every month we take something Jesus said and experience it in four ways. We “Hear It,” “Obey It,” “Live It,” and “Declare It.” 

The first pilot clubs have been launched internationally starting in 2024 in East Africa, South/Central America, and South Asia. The clubs are multiplying rapidly and we’re seeing thousands of kids experience the teachings of Jesus and the Gospel weekly.

Yad Wahida – FPG Underground Strategy

Beginning in 2026, we will be training North African teams sent out to Algeria, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia in a new First Priority Global Strategy specifically designed to meet the needs of the underground church

First Priority Global Ministries retains full control over funds donated to First Priority Global Ministries and discretion as to their use in order to ensure that the funds will be used to carry out First Priority Global Ministries’ functions and/or to accomplish its purposes. Therefore, although we will make every attempt to accommodate donor requests, any designation concerning how a donation should be spent will be considered advisory only. All donations received for specified projects which exceed needed funds for said project will be used for other First Priority Global Ministries projects or expenses.
