5 ALIGN CLUBS

This is the standard:

  1. Clubs have a Coach(es) and a Youth Council that meets to plan FISH cycles.
  2. Clubs do evangelism training, small groups, testimonies, and share the Gospel as part of their strategy.
  3. Club gatherings are run primarily by young people.
  4. Club leadership is organized by Ministry Teams and they do regular MT activities
  5. Club Coaches are mentored w/ reporting by a Community Coordinator or National Coordinator.

How many 5 align clubs do we have?

By the end of 2026, FPG regions, countries, and communities need to be able to clearly show the status of every club in every region. This will not only help with communication and measurable outcomes, it will also help us step into additional funding models where we can align funding with club expansion.

For clarity, we will refer to groups that use FP strategies as clubs whether they are a school, church, or community model.

Qualifying school model clubs is simpler because they use the name First Priority. Qualifying churches is more challenging because the expectation for a church to call their youth ministry “First Priority” is confusing and frankly is only done rarely.
